Intermediate or Senior Graphic Designer

Signals is looking for a Digital & Print Designer to join our team.

Reporting to the Studio Director, you will be responsible for executing brand, campaign, and digital experiences for our clients. You will be an important part of a talented creative team designing across multiple platforms, and bringing a modern design aesthetic with a focus on user-experience and storytelling. We believe that small, collaborative, and cross-functional teams are best equipped to deliver successful project outcomes. And, we have a lot of fun in the process.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working with a creative team to generate concepts, visuals, and creative ideas for both print and digital

• Partnering with our content strategists, front-end developers and producers to translate strategy into creative solutions

• Exhibiting a strong understanding of digital functionality, architecture, intuitive user experiences

• Working accurately under pressure and tight deadlines

• Maintain project timelines & productivity tools (Asana) and regularly communicate project status and deliverables with managers and clients

• Interact with directors, producers, associates, and other technical/creative team members

• Attend meetings with vendors, clients, and agency staff

• Maintain project files/folders on servers and cloud platforms

• Keep an accurate, daily time record using the Asana/Harvest integration

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications

• A high level of UX design knowledge

• Expert level user of Sketch, InVision, and Creative Suite

• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and follow-up skills

• Able to multi-task effectively, prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
