The goal of this position is to increase the number of leads that are funneling into our sales pipeline. It's not a start-from-scratch proposition, since we already have some great campaign and a fully set-up marketing automation (Hubspot) and CRM (Salesforce) system that is working well.
This is about building on our current programs by delving deep into our industry's challenges to find areas where we can create smart, new lead generation campaigns. You can do this though content marketing, email, new channels, partnerships, or whatever latest and greatest approach you can come up with.
In this role you will be working closely with our Founder and CEO to research and develop these strategies, and then execute with our two excellent marketing coordinators. You'll also have the chance to learn a ton about inbound marketing from our Hubspot consultant, receive any formal training you want to take, and attend the annual Inbound Marketing Conference.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $65-80k, depending on your lead generation and creative marketing experience.
Who We're Looking For:
We don't need someone who already knows the healthcare industry, or has any technical experience. Our customers are executives, and the issues are more about business and GRC (governance, risk and compliance) than they are about technology. What is critical is that you are the curious type, who loves to get deep into a topic to find the insights, and then write compellingly about it.
Specifically, we're looking for somebody who has:
- Experience generating leads/sales through marketing campaigns you created
- Experience writing blog posts, articles or content marketing with high traction
- Experience using a marketing automation system
- Experience creating websites and landing pages using a CMS (e.g. Wordpress)
This is a leadership role, with two direct reports, and the expectation that you are proactively driving new activities and ideas that will create growth for our business.
