We are looking for an energetic, efficient and reliable Graphic Designer for our busy Commercial Real Estate office in Downtown Vancouver.  This role contributes to the efficient day-to-day operations of the office and supports the work of all staff members, including management. The primary responsibilities of this position are to create marketing collateral including property brochures, market reports, designing e-blasts, postcards and other marketing material in a timely and creative fashion using Adobe Creative Suite.  This position is ideally suited to an individual who recently graduated emerging into design, marketing or real estate industries.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer is required to perform a range of duties including, but not limited to:

Graphic Design and Administrative Duties

• Develop and edit highly formatted documents with strict attention to detail
• Work within and help to maintain established brand guidelines
• Prepare and review correspondence, reports and presentations
• Manage prepare online marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms
• Provide administrative support to management and other staff
• Exercise judgment and make decisions to promote smooth workflow to ensure demands are met
• Handle sensitive and confidential information
• Update and monitor website content on a frequent basis
• Data entry and upkeep of the organization's databases, ensuring a high level of accuracy
• Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic and ever evolving real estate environment
• Be solution focused and able to provide creative results to unique challenges

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in the use of specific computer programs:
• Advanced knowledge of InDesign
• Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Experience using marketing automation platforms is preferred, but not required
• Experience in the design/printing/publishing industry is an asset
• The ability to communicate fluently in English (oral and written)
• In-depth knowledge of the administrative procedures and tools required to support an individual or group
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks and work efficiently against tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly
• Demonstrated problem solving and judgment capabilities

Working Conditions

• 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM*

*Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines
