Graphic and Web Design Specialist full-time

Paper Sword B2B is looking for a Graphic Design Specialist to join our team full-time. We're a full-service B2B marketing agency focused on helping companies who build products and services for the Microsoft Data Platform. We love tech, and our clients do too. We partner with them to help develop new initiatives to take to market.
The Role
You must be knowledgeable about digital channels and have a good understanding of how to design and build websites, promotional landing pages, emails, social media banners and other digital formats.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Designing outstanding websites and landing pages
- Working with those developing your designs into fully functioning WordPress sites
- Designing newsletters and email campaigns
- Designing marketing brochures, eBooks, and whitepapers
- Creating content to supporting online media channels such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Specific skills include;
- Understanding and planning of IA and UX
- An authority in the Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch/XD
- Experience in motion graphics and video production, while not essential, would be a benefit

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence to present your work to your colleagues and clients
- Able to work to deadlines
- Problem-solving and willing to learn new technologies or skills
