WE NEED SOMEONE TO

• Understand concepts and target audiences from our varied clientele.
• Prepare and optimize graphics and website mockups for client approval or modification.
• Provide design consulting on usability, user interfaces and aesthetics.
• Take ownership and pride in delivering high quality initiatives and updates on time and on budget within our Agile Development platform.

YOU NEED TO HAVE

• 2 years of experience as a Graphic and Web Designer with an agency.
• Expertise in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc.).
• HTML, Flash, CSS, and AJAX skills.
• Understanding of graphic design principles and interaction design.
• Ability to provide creative design solutions for web application, according to stated standards.
• A talent for conceptualizing online experiences.
• Solid understanding for client deliverables, and the desire to take responsibility for them.
• Knowledge of, and experience applying, branding, layout, colour theory, and typography.
• Ability to thrive working in a collaborative, proactive and fast-paced team.
• A passion for staying on top of the latest trends and movements in web design.
