Fast Casual Dining - Field Marketing Manager full-time

Energetic and passionate, this "change-agent" has the ability to make things happen at the local store level through innovative grassroots marketing activities.

The position is responsible for the development, execution, results analysis and supervision of all the Company's local store marketing strategies and tactics for a multi-unit food concept. Approximately 80% of the time will be spent in the field.

Primary Duties:

  • Develop store-specific local store marketing plans, within budget requirements, to meet goals (i.e. increase new trial and existing customer frequency counts, sales and brand recognition)
  • Ability to tailor local store marketing plans to specific store needs
  • Work side by side with Operations team to ensure programs are properly implemented, monitored and results are fully evaluated, understood and communicated to stakeholders
  • Implement and train a variety of grassroots local store marketing activities
  • Continually educate operations team and business operators on marketing best practices and proper local restaurant marketing procedures
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on competitor activities and make recommendations based on analysis
  • Develop and provide analysis related to sales and field marketing efforts
  • Recommend innovative new ideas/products/media to help promote local stores
  • Assist operators in better understanding the marketing opportunities in their local community
  • Proactively research and identify other field marketing opportunities to support local store marketing
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration with other organizations in local markets
  • Work with designers to ensure all marketing materials are developed and distributed according to prescribed timelines
  • Coordinate and execute marketing activities at community events
  • Coordinate marketing efforts for new store openings to maximize market introductions
  • Assist with other national marketing programs as needed
