The purpose of the Email coordinator is to ensure all Questrade marketing email campaigns are deployed according to scheduled and error free. You will also support the marketing team with budget administration and reconciliation.

As an Email Coordinator at Questrade you will handle the day-to-day execution of activities relating to email campaign and plan, setup and execution of email marketing programs and campaigns. You will also conduct ongoing analysis of existing efforts to deliver continuous optimization and improvement.

Batch email deployments:
You will be responsible for building email campaigns, database selection and list segmentation, and quality assurance of all outbound campaigns. You will coordinate with Project and Campaign managers to ensure all email campaign assets are delivered on time and edit and append tracking to pre-developed HTML templates. With a keen eye for detail, you will confirm all email links, dynamic content and personalized fields function properly andtroubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required. You will perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered campaigns. Additionally, you will monitor and recommend changes to email calendar to adhere to Questrade’s contact frequency policy. You will also produce weekly, monthly and adhoc email reports and work to stay abreast of and recommend email marketing best practices with coding, design and testing of email campaigns.
You will support wider marketing department in administration of marketing budget and monitor/maintains all marketing requisition requests. You will coordinate with budget holders and finance to process incoming invoicesand you will assist with the management of the marketing budget control process, including bi-weekly expenditure monitoring, adjustments and reallocation and production of bi-weekly budget summary report.

You possess 2+ years email marketing experience coupled with experience with email marketing (mailchimp, constant contact, ExactTarget). You are also a Power User of Excel. Knowledge of HTML and CSS with 1+ year working CRM (MS Dynamics, Salesforce) is a definite asset. You may even have experience with Marketing Automation (Eloqua, Marketo, Silverpop). You have strong analytical skills, exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a great attention to details. You can work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and are able to work flexible hours when required. You display a great willingness to multi-task and to take on varied responsibilities and are able to drive projects through to completion. Attendance in any related seminars or professional development in areas of HTML and CSS coding will help set you apart and any prior experience or personal interest in the financial industry would be considered a plus!
