Your key accountabilities:

Lead the  development and delivery of product, program and communications strategies
Work collaboratively with internal clients and vendors to produce timely and accurate communications materials
Develop content for a variety of marketing materials including: brochures, websites, presentations, letters, flyers, direct mail pieces, advertisements, online campaigns etc.
Take key business challenges and develop solutions to drive incremental sales, and lower attrition
Design and implement programs and products that increase the  average spend per customer per month, and the number of products per household
Develop strong working relationships with external print, web, promotional and media vendors along with key internal departments
Represent the marketing group within cross-functional teams
Obtain appropriate legal, regulatory and compliance approvals for all deliverables
Coordinate external events including tradeshows and sponsorships as needed
Manage and forecast to a budget on a monthly basis, ensuring all cost metrics are met while still delivering on the business objectives
Lead a small team of marketing professionals while also digging in and being very hands-on with the campaigns in what may be an ambiguous environment

Your background includes:

University degree in Business with a focus on Marketing
7+ years relevant experience, with specific expertise in program and/or product management, and campaign management
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate to the audience’s needs
Exemplary at multitasking and prioritizing competing deadlines, and ability to influence decision makers and contributors in order meet timelines for deliverables
Work well autonomously and in a team environment
Advanced analytical and budgeting skills, with expertise in measurement of product and program/campaign key success measures
Proficient in all MS office applications
