As the firm continues to build out its reputation for ground-breaking and socially conscious work, it intends to leverage further opportunities for growth both in Vancouver and elsewhere.  A new position has been created to play a key role in driving that growth in a Director of Marketing and Business Development.   Reporting to the Managing Partner, and with the help of a dedicated communications and design team, the Director of Marketing & Business Development will assist in the attraction of new business by identifying potential projects, facilitating successful proposal response, supporting the architects in business development activities and enhancing the firm’s brand in key markets.

The ideal candidate brings a track record of success in a business development or strategic marketing role.  This experience may have been gained in a professional services firm or design agency, or a real estate development or marketing organization. He or she must adept at creating strategic marketing plans, be passionate about writing, have a sharp eye for design and bring a business savvy to the role and team.
