Job Description: This role is dynamic and fast-paced and requires an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a solid background in the development and implementation of social media/digital marketing communications, email campaigns, SEO/SEM and development/management of client websites. The candidate must have a proven professional track record developing online marketing campaigns for B2C and B2B companies. The candidate must also be capable of discovering emerging trends and technologies in this marketing role.  This position offers opportunities to develop, plan and implement digital marketing strategies for clients in the luxury automotive, fashion, wine, manufacturing and marina industries.

This ideal candidate will be a digital communications guru who knows how to leverage all aspects of this discipline and will work to brand build numerous client companies in the digital space while demonstrating an ability and clear understanding of the technical integration that is required to achieve brand building through social media and digital marketing.

Job Requirements

Plan, develop and execute online marketing strategies for multiple brands.

Proven examples demonstrating client growth as a result of your strategies and tactics.

Meticulous and proven attention to detail.

Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

Determine and provide sound strategic direction on the optimal use of social media tools in relation to overall business and brand objectives.

Develop, implement and manage new content for multiple social media/digital verticals.

Liase with external agencies and internal graphic design team for creative development in support of digital campaigns, website development, SEO.

Gatekeep brand standards to ensure consistency across all client digital assets.

Ability to track emerging trends and knowledge of what is happening in social space.

Strong familiarity with social media tools such YouTube, Flickr, Twitter, Facebook, RSS, forums, blogs and wikis and social CRM.

Strong copywriting and editing skills (websites, e-newsletters, e-blast promotions, social media platforms) and print usage (marketing plans, creative briefs and composing client reports)

Ability to manage and implement content (graphics and text) into CMS (content management systems) and other digital tools.

Maintain quality assurance for online editorial content including visual aspects such as layout and typography.

Develop and implement plans to improve search engine optimization for clients through analysis of existing sites including keyword content.

Continuous development and execution of strategic SEO programs.

Manage and measure the analytics of all online assets, campaigns, marketing and communication programs while providing insights and strategies for continued growth.

Proactive approach and timely responses to all client requests.

Build positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Serve as a digital marketing educator for clients with little knowledge of the digital world.

An enthusiastic team player with experience working in a fast paced environment, agency experience preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to confidently lead internal and external meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree with specialization in marketing, communications, or public relations along with a minimum of 5 years of directly related work experience in Digital and Social Media Branding/Marketing disciplines.

Knowledge of various content management systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Facebook Insights (certification in any of these disciplines are

The ability to research, assess and provide top line recommendations to clients and agency executives.

Optimization is second nature to you on YouTube and Google Search and Websites.

You have an uncanny ability to drive growth and engagement on YouTube, Facebook, Google+, Twitter.

You can effectively contribute to other creative and strategic projects.

A team player who is willing to jump in and lend a hand if needed but also works well independently.

Dedicated professional who is committed to delivering quality content with the ultimate goal of brand building through the digital medium.

Ability to multi task and meet tight deadlines.

Agency experience is an asset.

Ability to code in HTML5 and CSS3 is a plus. Basic knowledge of HTML is a must.
