We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Assistant to work with the School of Continuing Studies for this exciting opportunity.

Are you a Marketing Professional with experience in a data driven or digital marketing role? Do you have thorough knowledge of website analytics tools? Do you possess excellent communication skills? Are you highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate? If so, keep reading!

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing and Enrolment Management team in executing, measuring and optimizing the School of Continuing Studies online presence to improve conversion rates of prospective students into registered students to meet or exceed the School’s ambitious targets for growth.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:

College diploma in marketing or a related field or 3 years’ related work experience in addition to minimum experience requirement listed below. University degree is an asset. In addition, the successful incumbent will possess at least one year in a data-driven or digital marketing role. Demonstrated proficiency to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnel experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
