Position Summary

To work closely with a broader marketing team and assist with the creation, implementation, tracking and optimizing of our graphic design and digital marketing projects across all digital channels. Creating work that clearly defines and expresses the unique selling propositions of the Empire Communities brand.


  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and implement overall marketing plan for Empire Communities
  • Maintain the integrity of the brand through brand standards in conjunction with EVP of Corporate Development and Marketing Team
  • Provide unique creative and graphic design for various digital initiatives
  • Create graphic and digital components for company-wide marketing strategies including display marketing, website usability, mobile marketing, social media and content marketing strategies
  • Design and maintain our social media accounts with assistance of all marketing staff
  • Manage and optimize digital content for web, email and social media properties
  • Manage the flow of information to be posted on websites, blogs and social media. Responsible for the coordination and maintenance of website content
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and provide recommendations to Marketing team based on performance analysis
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Proactively build, maintain and manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders, internal business units, management team and staff
  • Approval of creative design, digital marketing programs and projects

Job Knowledge or Work Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience with email, social media, website, mobile and display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in creating and managing digital marketing strategies including keyword marketing, search engine marketing, website usability, SEO, mobile marketing, social media and content marketing strategies
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and social listening tools
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Hard Skills:

  • Exceptional working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier/Final Cut, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Strong people, persuasion and presentation skills
  • Good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research
