SMP Specialty Metal Products Inc. is a growing Mississauga company that operates in the steel service centre industry and also manufactures the Ultralift line of spa accessories and the Exaktor Tools line of woodworking products.

In this exciting role, we require a dynamic self-starter to help build and maintain our key accounts and co-ordinate our day-to-day marketing activities. About the role:

• Maintaining relationships with dealers and suppliers
• Building and maintaining warranty data base
• Building and maintaining customer data base
• Updating marketing materials and product manuals
• Populating, maintaining, and monitoring social media presence
• Customer service and order entry
• Inside sales assistance
• Production scheduling assistance
• Implementing and operating a mass faxing/e-mail program
• Assisting with additional special sales projects as directed
• Performing other administrative duties as directed
