Intraline Canada is searching for an exceptional Creative Director to launch our amazing portfolio of medi-aesthetic products into the stratosphere.  If you love beauty products, yoga, pop culture, fresh squeezed juice, fashion, are wildly creative, ambitious, unique AND have a superior set of ethics and an unnerving sense of adventure, then we are looking for you.  Although these may seem like a strange set of characteristics, that is exactly the person that we need and we will not stop looking for them.  Average will simply not do.

This individual will be responsible for the creative direction and marketing effectiveness of the Intraline brand in numerous markets globally.  The position will include envisioning and implementing the creative direction of the company, campaigns and products; coaching a creative team; assisting to create the marketing strategy; creating a consistent brand image and rolling out creative and marketing for a variety of media including website, marketing materials, advertisements, trade show booths, etc., for North American, European, Asian and African markets.


  • 1-2 year of experience in a Senior Graphic Design or Creative Director role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Art and digital portfolio
  • Experience with cosmetic, fashion or aesthetic industries an asset
  • Proven experience with a wide range of advertising mediums
  • Marketing agency experience an asset
  • Public speaking and presentation skills an asset
  • Experience in developing and designing product packaging
  • Exposure to International brands and exposure to various languages
  • Understanding of corporate branding and global campaigns
  • Ability to travel internationally, as required without travel restrictions


  • Oversee all aspects of creative direction of our brand with support from our VP of Marketing
  • Effectively communicate creative strategies to all stakeholders
  • Ability to be a forward thinking trend spotter, immersed in the aesthetic and design industries
  • Lead, develop and coach creative team
  • Lead creative sessions and project kick offs, domestically and internationally
  • Management & creation of creative & marketing efforts including advertising, web site and tradeshows
  • Meeting marketing objectives as set out by the CEO and VP of Marketing
  • Identifying opportunities and improving product marketability
  • Studying competitor’s products, services and marketing strategies
  • Ability to create copy and writing marketing content for various marketing purposes an asset
  • Meeting marketing goals to ensure profitability and market share
  • Monitoring advertising and marketing campaigns to ensure fulfillment of objectives
  • Evaluating responses to campaigns and adjusts strategies in a timely fashion, as required
  • Model our corporate culture and exemplify our values on a day-to-day basis within head office and internationally
