Job Summary:

The Content Marketing Manager is an expert content creator — with a unique talent for producing content. You’ve written blog posts and articles, put out newsletters, and have produced other forms of content such as white papers, evaluation guides and direct emails. You are constantly generating (and executing) new ideas for engaging content. You’re passionate about the audience; you’re comfortable juggling several diverse projects at once, you can write but also manage external writers and you’ve proven to be an excellent project manager.

How will I make an impact?

  • Create awesome content including blog posts, newsletters, white papers and evaluation guides.
  • Master our target audience and their buying behaviors to make sure the right content reaches the right people at the right time.
  • Work with our social media and communication teams to amplify the content through owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Monitor and report on content marketing metrics and show continuous improvement of the content strategy based on analytics.
  • Collaborate with our PR, brand, and product marketing teams to ensure a cohesive strategy, design, and message.
  • Manage third party writers and industry experts to produce top quality content at scale.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 5-7 years of journalism or content marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (journalism, marketing, or related field preferred)
  • Excellent communication, writing, editing, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience using digital and/or print content to generate leads and sales
  • Strong experience with search engine optimization
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines with limited resources
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize projects and communicate priorities to stakeholders
  • Experience with the education or corporate learning market is a bonus
