We are looking to add a Channel Marketing Manager to our Toronto team to create and execute channel marketing programs with major retail partners to bring products and campaigns to market. You will take the lead on initiating, developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing strategies and programs, product launches, product branding, and sell-in and sell-through with retailers.

The Position:

  • Initiate, develop, coordinate, and implement strategic marketing plans and programs for major Retail accounts and lead quarter business reviews
  • Develop and manage P&Ls for these key retailers and identify which levers to pull to influence our growth with channel partners
  • Work with Marketing and Design team to create advertising and sales materials, in-store displays to support ecobee products and ecobee brand in-store
  • Manage the process of physical creation and procurement of in-store activation materials required by customers
  • Objectively evaluate each activity for ROI and against individual objectives (volume, share, space, brand measures) and capture learnings to continuously improve performance

Our Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail channel marketing
  • Comfortable in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic, agile working environment
  • Proven success in launching in-store marketing or marketing campaigns, either on the vendor or retailer side. Both would be a plus.
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional groups and departments
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Built and sustained strong internal and external business relationships
