Brand Manager Full-Time

Brand Manager

The primary role of the Brand Manager is to build awareness and engagement of the Village Juicery brand from strategy through execution of consistent, high-quality content development, promotion, and major events.

Key responsibilities

Strategy and planning

  • Define strategy and marketing tactics for each channel (social, web, retail)
  • Develop and drive our monthly marketing calendar which will include daily activity in stores, on social media properties, and at local B2B partners
  • Manage and oversee monthly budget

Content creation

  • Manage in-house designers (both graphic design and photography) to develop high quality digital and print content
  • Maintain brand guidelines (e.g. voice, image standards, typography)
  • Support the development of educational print collateral and promotional material for our retail stores and B2B partnerships


  • Develop campaigns to drive traffic to both retail stores and B2B partnerships (e.g. promotions, in support of new product launches)
  • Develop targeted advertisements for social media

Community engagement & PR

  • Plan and oversee the execution of large community events (e.g. Yoga Show)
  • Own relationships with key influencers in the health and wellness community
  • Identify and target key media outlets for publication of our key marketing messages and latest company developments (e.g. new locations)


  • Analyze the effectiveness and ROI of marketing tactics and efforts
  • Proactively identify ways to optimize performance and grow brand awareness

Experienced required

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a relevant marketing role
  • Self-motivated: We are a fast growing company, passionate to fulfill our mission and very performance oriented
  • Ability to lead and manage the demands of a growing brand and team
  • High proficiency in core social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
  • Experience connecting and managing relationship with media and influencers
  • Sufficient familiarity with graphic design and photography to lead team
  • Ability to analyze marketing trends, ROI, and key performance drivers
