Who You Are:

Novus Health is seeking a knowledgeable and creative Bilingual Content Specialist who thrives in a team environment and wants to put their English and French digital content production and publishing skills to work. Ideal candidates will have a background in metadata-rich online content publishing in any format, including experience with the use of a content management system and HTML. They will also be able to develop and oversee the content production calendar based on identified priorities developed through market analysis, as well as review and execute ad hoc requests. The ideal candidate will also be able to read, review and draft copy in Canadian English and French, and have a solid awareness of the health and wellness landscape in Canada.

The Role:
The Bilingual Content Specialist will oversee the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our consumer-facing informational content that appears on our private member health navigation websites. The Bilingual Content Specialist will be expected to work well with other clinical, technical and business staff, as well as our clients, to execute our initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing content creation activities for our suite of digital products, including production, translation and update implementations

Working closely with the sales and product teams to devise a web content strategy that aligns with the company's wider goals

Creation of a content calendar to ensure regular content updates and enhancements throughout the year

Keeping up to date with industry best practices and monitoring content activities of competitor websites

Drafting compelling web copy in English and French to draw end-users to the core content offering available on our wellness platform

Reviewing content implementations for quality assurance

Tracking content licensing agreements to ensure company compliance

Researching industry content sources in order to recommend potential licensing opportunities

Required Attributes:

Experience in digital publishing using HTML

Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel

Experience with one or more common content management platforms

Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English and French

A creative mind with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content in the health, wellness and lifestyle sphere
