Azure Publishing is a leading media brand with a focus on contemporary architecture and design. Among its properties are two print magazines – both with active websites and digital editions – and an international awards program.

We are seeking an experienced Audience Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and forward-looking team. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing, in collaboration with team, audience development strategies for print and digital editions
• Managing brand presence at trade and consumer shows
• Developing and implementing, in collaboration with team, productive partnerships and new initiatives with professional associations, industry leaders, business organizations and institutions aimed at increasing our overall audience on all brand platforms
• Developing and managing distribution of magazines, print and digital, on newsstands and on other distribution channels
• Hands-on liaising with digital newsstands, fulfillment house, bindery, mailing house
• Preparing monthly circulation reports and quarterly budgets
• Data compilation for semi-annual publisher’s statements and audit reports with CCAB

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in an analogous position
• Post-secondary education with preference for a business and marketing background
• Significant experience in a digital marketing environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Expert knowledge of office suite, in particular Excel
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Excellent English language communication skills, written and verbal
