The Associate Manager, Marketing Analytics will play a key role in building our capability and practice in marketing analytics. This role is tasked with creating and accelerating a discipline around objective driven, test designed and measured marketing activities. This role will be a thought leader on marketing analytics and effectiveness, and will be responsible for elevating the organizations capability and focus on marketing outcomes that deliver business value.
What will you do?
Build an understanding of our marketing activities and resources available to design an approach to marketing analytics
Put design to practice in implementing and applying data driven approach to marketing results analysis
Grow a discipline in the marketing organization around objective and test driven marketing programs, that are measured for effectiveness and optimized over time
Identify opportunities to improve marketing analytics capabilities and prepare business case for investment as appropriate Lead and execute ongoing marketing analytics to understand impact of our marketing activities and campaigns
Prepare marketing analytics presentations/documents to share findings
Participate in initial marketing program design to ensure effective tracking and measurement protocols are built into place
Effectively synthesize data and information to provide insight, learnings and recommendations for improvement
Identify opportunities for marketing testing and implementation
Work with marketing leaders to set effective and valuable test parameters to drive learnings that can be applied to future campaigns
Build a test and learn approach to marketing
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports & presentations on marketing results and learnings
What do you need to succeed?
Bachelor’s or Masters degree – business related or analytical focused education paired with hands on business experience
5-7 years of relevant professional experience
Strong analytical foundation is critical
Understanding of analytical methodology and marketing results analysis approaches
Proven ability to drive insights from research and data
Experience developing and/or managing measurement programs
Experience in matrix environments
Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
Thrives in a fast paced environment with proven ability to manage competing priorities in a highly organized manner
