Account Supervisor Full-Time

We’re looking for a seasoned account person to manage existing client relationships and contribute to developing new ones.  The ideal candidate will be fluent in agency account management practices as well as having digital/direct marketing experience. This is a unique opportunity to work on a mix of clients in a fully integrated agency. The position is FT based in our Vancouver offices.


  • Account & Creative Development Leadership
  • Ensure that the Agency’s work is a reflection of our integrated expertise and that input and contribution from the integrated team has been sought out
  • Ensure Client work is executed to the highest level of quality – on time and on budget
  • Responsible for personally briefing integrated creative resources and overseeing creative development process with creative leads
  • Take an active role in the Clients business, anticipating Client needs and ensure sufficient resources in place to effectively manage those needs
  • Contributing to RFPs and new business pitches
  • Owns the status report – obtains team input, authors the report and prepares/prints for meetings
  • Manages holistic campaigns/programs. Provide strategic analysis of campaign performance; develop campaign tracking, analysis and measurement for clients upon each campaign completion
  • Work with finance on a monthly basis to manage invoicing – which jobs to close & invoice, proportional performance, assistance on obtaining payment


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Agency environment in a Client service role (offline or online)
  • Must have previous experience working in an integrated team environment
  • Demonstrated strategic, creative and innovative thinker with ability to lead a business
  • Solid understanding of Agency and creative process
  • Track record of building strong Client relationships
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated fiscal management skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
