Key Goals and Objectives: Provide administrative and organizational structure support to the Trade Marketing Managers, Field Sales Manager, On Trade Manager and Provincial Sales Manager

Functional and Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly, and quarterly reports including: Excel Price Change Reports, Generation of all reports in eclipse, running BW reports, OTC Report, Inventory Report
• Prepare monthly Summary Sheet - work with Sale Coordinator to distribute to sales reps
• Create event handouts and supporting event materials - supporting On Trade Manager
• Using Corel Draw create monthly sell sheets and shelf talkers - supporting marketing and sales team work with Sales Coordinator to distribute . Update Spec and Partial Draw Listings - distribute to on trade sales team
• Coordination of company business and social events (i.e.: Sales Meetings, Spirit Exhibitions, Festivals.etc).
• Complete new vendor forms for vendors not in the SAP system
• Tasting Program - book tasters for Adhoc and tastings, cut purchase orders, order tasting cups, prepare tasting notes, and stay within budgets

Provide daily support to Marketing Managers:

• Run BW Reports
• Marketing Summary Calendar updates and changes
• BCLDB Applications and deadlines; Value Ad's, Shelf Talkers, Tastings, LTO's
• Marketing Displays (Image) and thematics
• New product applications
• Price Changes - price quotations forms
• Container World & ADL - send monthly value add approvals (requisitions)

Educational and Professional Experience:

• Post Secondary Education in Business Admin desirable
• 1-2 years experience related industry or field
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
• Must have proven Sales Support experience where they have worked independently with minimum supervision and have taken initiative in a complex environment
• Track Record - Candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in delivering results
• Must be able to work independently
• Must have attention to detail
• Must have strong analytical abilities
• Must be self motivated and take initiative
