Technical Artist
As a Technical artist, you bridge the gap between artist and programmer.  You ensure assets can be rendered without compromising the artistic vision.  You seek new tools and methodologies to improve on visual quality and efficiency.

Description:
Work closely with team leads and Art Directors
Investigate, define and suggest on methods and tools prior to and during production
Setup and maintain art production workflow/pipeline
Monitor work to be efficient as possible
Actively advise or inform the teams of foreseeable issues or problematic techniques
Follow/set-up naming conventions/project directory structures

Must have:
Proficiency in Unreal Engine 4
Proficiency in 3dsMax
Proficiency in Photoshop
Creating materials within Unreal Engine 4
Strong sense of technical and artistic aspects
Understanding and experience of mobile/web device limitations and challenges

Nice to have:
Experience in 3dsMax scripting
Experience with Unity3D
Experience with Git version control
