Studio Manager full-time

We are hiring a Studio Manager for our brand new spin studio located downtown Vancouver, opening summer 2014. The Studio Manager should be a natural leader who embodies the Eastwood culture and works towards exceeding our riders' experience. They will have a sense of ownership over the studio and ensure our values and brand are always held in high regard.

RESPONSIBILITES

- Train front of house team members, evalute, & motivate all studio staff to ensure the entire team is operating with a highly personable and client-oriented attitude

• Work at exceeding company goals and setting systems in place to meet rapid growth expectations
• Supervise day-to-day studio operations
• Provide high-level customer service and a tactful approach to resolving client issues or concerns in a positive and timely manner
• Excude a high energy personality that enhance each and every client's experience

REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior managerial and/or leadership experience

• Experience in health/fitness, hospitality, or luxury brand retail
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to create policies and procedures that can be duplicated
• Enthusiasm for wellness and a passion for our brand
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with team members & clients
• Ability to work flexible/non-traditional hours [weekends included]
• Highly organized and task oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize each operation
• Sees issues and is comfortable working independently to resolve them
