Sr. Growth Marketer

is on a mission to shape ‘the most customer-focused payments experience’. This role plays a key part in that mission, reporting to the Manager of Marketing & Growth.

The key role of the Sr. Growth Marketer is to support and accelerate the revenue growth of our company by doing what you do best: developing and managing lead generation programs that align with our commercial objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop lead generation and upsell strategies and tactics to support existing product offerings, product launches, and feature releases. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team and be the subject matter expert on marketing automation, lead generation, and lead scoring.  This is a critical role on the commercial side of the business, driving lead generation campaigns and filling the sales pipeline.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work in collaboration with our Product, Sales, and Customer Care teams to align with commercial objectives to promote and drive awareness of our brand, products, and services

  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to develop campaign strategies, drive MQLs to support the sales pipeline, and improve processes and activities with the marketing team

  • Develop and manage targeted content and messaging for campaign distribution across all channels

  • Develop iterative acquisition, nurture, and drip campaigns to engage leads at every stage of the funnel

  • Manage PPC, PPL, social media, and online demand generation tools and campaigns to drive interest amongst leads most likely to convert

  • Manage the paid campaign marketing budget and drive key performance metrics; list quality, MCL, MQL, SQL, cost per lead, and cost per conversion

  • Review industry and historical campaign data to identify new opportunities and improve our advertising strategies

  • Measure sales funnel activities and create visibility of campaign metrics and ROI through timely reports on progress and results

  • Manage marketing automation tools effectively to enable demand programs to excel

  • Keep up to date on the latest features and functionality available on our marketing and advertising platforms

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrated expertise owning successful end-to-end lead generation campaigns

  • Strong experience optimizing and growing paid digital channels and reporting on KPIs

  • In-depth knowledge of B2B targeting strategies and the ability to use data to target key market segments

  • Highly analytical with a history of A/B testing for continuous optimization

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Drive and manage the sales pipeline and support sales enablement

  • Team player, resourceful, able to motivate yourself and others

  • Strong business acumen combined with a creative mind

  • Well organized with effective communication skills – written and verbal

  • Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and energetic disposition; always eager to learn

Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, AdWords, and LinkedIn (Marketo experience a plus)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing lead generation

  • Experience driving leads for a SaaS (Software as a Service) company a plus

  • FinTech e-Commerce or payment experience and knowledge in the B2B space a plus
