OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team at INDOCHINO. You will represent the brand across our social communities, creating and curating compelling and engaging content toenhance our online presence and build a legion of loyal fans. In this position, you will coordinate INDOCHINO’s new Brand Ambassador program to encourage UGC and build loyalty. You will also play a role in developing influencer partnerships in fashion, business and sports.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with INDOCHINO’s overall marketing strategy and business goals
- Create, curate, edit and publish engaging, brand-driven content
- Craft engaging copy that aligns with INDOCHINO’s brand voice
- Produce visually engaging content in partnership with the Creative team
- Develop and manage INDOCHINO’s social content calendar
- Work with cross-functional teams to activate marketing campaigns and promotions on organic social
- Partner with the Customer Experience team to monitor and respond to comments and feedback quickly and professionally
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies and develop guideines for the organization
- Grow INDOCHINO’s Brand Ambassador program
- Partner with stakeholders to develop influencer partnerships around key campaigns e.g. product launches
- Analyse and report on social media KPIs
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years’ experience in social media management
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other social media best practices
- Experience with social media software such as Sprout Social
- An eye for visual aesthetics and interested in design
- Natural communicator with an aptitude for creative writing
- Photography and video editing skills a plus
- Previous experience working with fashion/lifestyle brands a bonus
- Able to handle customer service queries with professionalism
- Well organized and used to prioritizing workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player
- Desire and aptitude to develop through hands-on experience
