Social Media & Online Marketing Coordinator Full-Time

The ideal candidate will be mature, task-oriented and have extensive knowledge about social media and e-marketing, including analytic tools like Google Analytics. Strong organizational, analytical and writing skills are a must. The ideal candidate must think creatively, be detail-oriented and thrive under pressure. He/she should have good communications skills and perform well in a team environment. A solid understanding of SEO and VSEO is important.

Social Media responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a united voice on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Blog, LinkedIn, Flickr across 7 global campus locations
  • Conduct regular training for social media admins on proper usage of these platforms
  • Administer social media general polices + guidelines, including specific admin guidelines
  • Research competitor's social media activities
  • Research online social media trends
  • Monitor online conversation about our brand
  • Create/implement social media campaigns with specific measurable objectives in mind
  • Improve overall quality and depth of social media efforts
  • Direct video projects to be used on school's website, YouTube channel and Facebook page
  • Ad hoc duties

E-Marketing responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage campaigns with Google Adwords, Bing PPC, Facebook ads, deal-of-the-day coupons like Groupon/Living Social etc. (including ad budgets) in conjunction with Marketing Team
  • Establish campaign objectives and specific ways to measures success
  • Plan landing page layouts related to e-marketing campaigns
  • Optimize and test ad copy, landing pages and keywords
  • Monitor online marketing campaigns and optimizing for best results
  • Compile campaign performance reports
  • Research competitor's online marketing activities
  • Assist in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts
  • Ad hoc duties
