Based out of our offices across Canada, in the United States and the United Kingdom, we are an international firm serving clients all over the world.
We work with some of the largest companies in the world on a variety of interesting and complicated public affairs mandates and issues. We are looking for a talented, motivated professional who will be responsible for all of Crestview Strategy’s external marketing efforts to bring our value proposition to life. This role will lead new business generation in multiple markets across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom using a variety of channels including earned, owned and paid media.
You are a social media specialist who will bring a diverse range of life and work experience and will apply that experience to this role.
Develop and execute a content calendar for social media focused on expanding the digital footprint, contributing to business development and lead generation by driving engagement and brand awareness
Use reporting and analytics to track and promote lead generation adding to sales pipeline
Manage corporate social media accounts, creative content creation, targeted email distribution lists and grow follower count on various platforms
Oversee our corporate advertising across social channels and event sponsorship
Create and execute creative, digital and marketing content that ignites new business generation across Crestview Strategy owned channels
Provide marketing and planning support for internal and external events
Provide graphic design and marketing support for both client and internally facing material
What you bring to the role
Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills, with an understanding of graphic design, video production and motion design. The ability to produce podcast and video content would be considered an asset.
Expertise in leading marketing strategies that are focused on lead generation and conversion, enabling business development strategy and brand building.
An understanding of targeted content marketing strategy and web development skills are necessary.
Educational background in commerce, business, marketing or another related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in a fast-paced marketing team with strong lead generation skills and experience with social media platforms including earned, owned and paid media.
Ability to generate and interpret analytics on marketing investments and customer acquisitions.
Demonstrated understating of business operations and the connection between brand, marketing and financial performance.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks. Understanding of the political landscape and how it impacts business objectives. Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment independently and as part of a team.
This is a full time position and will report to the Operations Manager, based out of our office in downtown Toronto. This position will involve travel when needed. We currently work remotely with a plan to return to office when it is safe to do so.
