Social Media Analyst
Locations:  San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO; Toronto

The individual in this position will:

  • Identify useful and relevant information in Social tool for investigation/communication of discovery to client via report.
  • Add relevant context (historical, trending, etc.)
  • Maintain and refine Social tool, perform queries, and add tags for a specified client

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Analytically minded with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Firm understanding of social media, different social networks, and how metrics apply in the social space
  • An understanding of current trends and the capacity to predict future trends
  • Knowledge of integrated publishing in the various social media platforms
  • Digital media expert with deep understanding of industry best practices and how to apply them (including display, mobile, search, content syndication, social and integrated/custom digital programs
  • Able to manage projects and client relationships
  • Strong digital media design background
  • Extensive Microsoft Excel experience
  • 3-5 years work experience in a reporting/analytics role
  • Bachelor of Science or relevant field preferred
