POSITION SUMMARY

As a member of our growing design practice, you will be entrusted to produce user experience strategies and designs for inspiring web, mobile and cloud solutions for our customers. Working with us means you’ll:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the ideation and full design of complex web, mobile and cloud solutions
• Plan, execute and present mock-ups and proof of concepts to client stakeholder
• Rationalize and bring clients to an agreement on user interface and experience designs
• Define user experiences, including storytelling, personas, process flows and interactions
• Deliver designs (user architecture, interfaces & experiences) from concept to final product
• Continually advise clients and participate in design execution meetings
• Maintain clear communications with all stakeholders throughout our projects

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES

• Must love working with a team to build great solutions
• 5+ years leading the design/execution of creative user experiences for web & mobile solutions
• Well versed and proven experience implementing responsive designs
• Strong visual design sense in regard to graphic design and web design
• Knowledgeable of web standards with an understanding of cross-browser issues & fixes
• Intermediate proficiency in CSS, HTML and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Post-secondary education in HCI (Human Computer Interaction) or equivalent training
• Experience working closely with a team-based environment and in an iterative manner
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must
