Our Product team is looking for an experienced, highly motivated and passionate Senior Product Designer. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will play a central role in designing user-centric solutions for our world class marketing performance management application.  You will be responsible for helping to make our vision a reality by taking product requirements and designing product capabilities that solve user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design elegant product experiences that address user needs and exceed expectations
• Conduct research with internal and external stakeholders, collect data and develop solutions in collaboration with Product Management
• Collaborate with Engineering to produce technically feasible solutions and ensure that the vision of our solutions are successfully deployed
• Test proposed solutions with users and stakeholders to get feedback and refine deliverables
• Deliver the appropriate interaction models, user flows, wireframes and functional specifications to support software development efforts
• Define product tone of voice and deliver consistent user messaging
• Collaborate with UX team members to maintain consistency and coherence across the product as appropriate
• Effectively work within product release schedules and multi-task to meet deadlines
• Research current interaction design and technology trends on an ongoing basis

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 5 years of Product Design/UX experience in an agile development environment
• Solid understanding of current user experience principles and processes
• Experience designing solutions for enterprise-grade SaaS products
• Strong skills in design conception and implementation
• Strategic thinker with a unique blend of business and technical savvy
• Effective communicator and influencer with a wide variety of business and technical stakeholders
• Team player with a strong collaborative working style
• Well organized self-starter with great attention to detail and the ability to get things done
• A passion for technology and keen observer of the latest technology trends (specific understanding of the marketing technology landscape is a plus)
• Functional knowledge of marketing and financial management is a plus
• Past experience with data, integrations and analytics is a plus
