Senior Marketing Coordinator Full-Time

As part of the Marketing team at GLENTEL Inc., the Senior Marketing Coordinator will report to and work closely with the Brand Manager, Tbooth Wireless. Working with marketing colleagues and sales management, the Senior Marketing Coordinator, will assist in the development, implementation and overall project management of specific campaigns and launches designed to increase awareness and sales for Tbooth Wireless.

Responsibilities and Expectations include:

  • Contribute to the marketing planning process and toolkit development for specific programs and campaigns, and coordinate implementation: production, internal rollout, external communications and distribution through relevant channels, including media, digital and social media channels
  • In conjunction with the Head of Marketing and Brand Manager, monitor brand communication plans and strategies for uniformity in messaging, including templates, tag lines, and logo usage
  • Lead liaison with the in-house design team, external vendors and agencies to develop material to support marketing programs· Coordinate the approvals, deliverables, and communications of pre-approved programs with network partners as well as handset manufacturers
  • Assist in the development and implementation of annual business unit marketing plans and support Brand Manager in development of quarterly banner reviews for sales and marketing management
  • Develop creative briefs for programs and publications working with external agencies
  • Update and maintain the relevant sections of the Tbooth Wireless websites
  • Create and manage marketing materials (in-store POP, signage, in-store video’s)
  • Coordinate events including grand openings, product launches, and trade shows
  • Cultivate and maintain productive and efficient working relationships with internal and external resource partners
  • Online advertising development and coordination· Processing of purchase orders, invoices, and co-op and management of related budgets and invoice tracking systems.
  • Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Post secondary diploma or degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in the field of marketing or communications
  • Possess an understanding and have experience with online marketing, branding and project planning
  • Experience working with InDesign software
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to plan strategically
  • Innovative, self starter, able to work with limited supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize a diverse workload
  • Flexible, results oriented with strong attention to detail
  • French is an asset
