So, what will you do?

•Set clear creative goals and deliverables; lead and focus efforts across the team to ensure a cohesive experience on all platforms.
•Deliver agency quality designs that can be implemented by our technical team.
•Manage and evolve the brand and how the brand is propagated through the various products.
•Anticipate threats to quality and work effectively with the team leads to mitigate.
•Work as a true team player who enjoys working with other functional areas to drive exceptional cross-functional results.
•Work with detailed wireframes to build designs that make pixels look beautiful no matter the canvas.
•Share your knowledge and mentor & teach other designers.

What does our ideal candidate look like?

•Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
•7+ years working on development teams creating successful web or mobile products that look amazing.
•Knowledge of current and emerging trends in mobile and web platforms.
•Experience designing for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices is preferred.
•Understanding of web and mobile technologies and their abilities and limitations.
•Ability to communicate effectively with non-creative people and guide them through the creative process
•Ability to hold a strong creative vision while also keeping that vision agile.
•Multi-tasking in a busy environment, keeping track of multiple deadlines.

•Knowledge of the online dating industry.
•We do not expect you to be able to write HTML/CSS or any code whatsoever, but we consider it a plus.
