We are currently looking for an experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our team full-time. This is a newly created role in our endeavor to generate more organic traffic with our IVR business and its various brands. Acting as part of the marketing team, you will be in charge of maximizing site traffic and improving overall page rank within all major search engines. Emphasizing on quality content and traffic volume, you as the SEO, will solve problems and make decisions regarding the prioritization and development of relevant and engaging content. As our in-house SEO Specialist, you have in depth knowledge of industry trends and competitor tactics, allowing you to provide expert advice, strategic online initiatives, and recommendations to improve our overall online presence.

What You'll Do

As the SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring all online content can be easily found and viewed by potential and current clients. You will utilize your expertise to creatively develop ways of increasing organic traffic and search rankings. Utilizing a variety of on-page and off-page techniques, you will maximize the volume of inbound traffic from search engines to our websites. Other accountabilities will include:

• Performing targeted and thorough keyword and content research
• Gathering and analyzing data regarding business websites to determine current visibility with target customers and how useful current digital resources are
• Providing insights and recommendations regarding customers’ digital experience to help shape marketing campaigns
• Completing regular reporting and competitor analysis
• Assisting in the generation of online content, focusing on how to effectively insert keywords
• Developing link building strategies
• Utilizing metrics and reports to uncover web analytics and site evaluations to continuously manage website performance and understand areas for potential improvement
• Completing comprehensive website audits to identify website vulnerability, potential problems, and obstacles that might be negatively impacting search rankings

A day as a Teligence Capital SEO Specialist:

The SEO Specialist enjoys lots of variety, working with a diverse portfolio and building organic online traffic for all our dating brands under Teligence, and some of our other entities. Depending on the project, the SEO interacts with multiple teams including Marketing, Web Development and IT. They will also work closely with Hot Soup, our external digital and content marketing consultant team. It is with Hot Soup that a lot of the online objectives are set and carried out.

In addition, you also possess the following skills and experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other programming language
• Experience with SEM Rush, SpyFU, Google Analytics
• The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills
• An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry
