The Sales Enablement Specialist will serve as liaison between the sales, marketing and product marketing departments to understand and address the former’s needs and goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the North American Product Marketing team to develop and rollout Canadian-specific campaigns and initiatives.  Examples include Sales training, pricing, and operational fulfillment

  • Provide preliminary new hire training for the Canadian sales organization

  • As required, lead or participate in customer-facing meetings (product demonstrations, key account meetings, etc.)

  • Develop/localize product marketing materials and communications through Canadian sales teams

  • Serve as liaison between sales,marketing and product marketing departments to understand and address the former’s needs and goals

  • Work with Content Marketing and Social Media Manager to identify local event sponsorship opportunities for furtherment of sales goals

  • Serve as project manager for all product marketing initiatives including content creation, event execution, and sales-related PR activities

  • Optimize product positioning on Canadian websites as projects require

  • Organize and logistically support Canadian webinars and events

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities amongst various different stakeholders and managers across the business

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and build scorecards

  • Results oriented with strong project management and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team, as well as independently and with minimal supervision

  • Solid marketing communications (both written and oral) and online technical knowledge

  • Proven sales experience working as an integral member of a sales team
  • Ability to articulate technical information to small and large groups

  • High-energy, self-motivated individual with outstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities
