We don’t have brick and mortar stores, so we’re able to deliver remarkable value on beautiful, modern furniture. Because of this, we’re growing like crazy and we need a few more hands on deck. We’re looking for an experienced Retention Marketing Manager to ensure that our happy customers stay that way. You will take on a rapidly growing existing customer (and fan) base and be working to ensure that we continue to be their first choice for finding original modern furniture and decor.

You will significantly impact the Article business by:

• Owning all customer retention activity - improving key metrics for customer retention and re-engagement
• Developing specific retention and re-engagement campaigns and initiatives
• Encouraging happy Article customers to introduce us to their friends and family
• Making Article a larger part of our customers’ lives as we continue to expand our product catalogue
• Ensuring our retention and re-engagement activity is both high quality and relevant

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience developing and executing customer retention campaigns, ideally in an e-commerce environment
• Knowledge of, and experience using common customer retention marketing toolsets and channels: email, CRM, referral and loyalty programs
• Ability to translate ideas or insights into well-constructed creative briefs and/or technical requirements
• You’re analytical: You’ll be completely at home in a spreadsheet, and you’re able to analyze and interpret data to draw well-supported conclusions that inform strategic and tactical decisions
• You’re creative, and able to describe specific examples where you have developed non-obvious solutions that have delivered real impact
