ILSC is currently seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the European region to provide leadership and strategic direction to the team. The successful candidate will coach and mentor the team, supporting them to achieve performance objectives while using resources efficiently. Candidates must be willing to travel both locally and overseas. The position actively participates in the evolution and implementation of ILSC’s Strategic Goals.
The duties of this position include but are not limited to:
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for the European region, with a focus on high growth in revenue and ROI
Support regional research and analysis
Review and develop marketing reports (including quarterly/year-end/budget & expense reports)
Aid in the development of marketing materials and new products
Establish and maintain positive relationships with educational partners
Provide sales training to our educational partners
Evaluate and support development of promotions and campaigns
Ensure a high standard of customer service
Manage human resources of the European regional team
Conduct performance reviews
Train new marketers
Support the team to effectively promote ILSC’s products and services at educational fairs
Day to day consultation on marketing issues and corresponding with agent partners
Work collaboratively with other regional sales managers on overall company marketing strategy and planning.

Essential Skills and Attributes
In-depth knowledge and understanding of European markets and cultures
Experience working in the Education industry (ESL experience an asset)
A proactive and empathetic leader, who has experience motivating and managing a diverse group of people
Highly energetic, self-motivated and a team player
Effective communication skills in English (other languages an asset)
Ability to set clear goals and achieve them
Demonstrated ability to handle a demanding workload, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
