Project Manager Full-Time

The ECSC Project Manager key objectives are to:

  • Manage scheduled builds
  • Manage projects prioritized by leadership team: planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables


  • Meet with Senior Management in roadmap meetings on regular basis to align company's strategic projects and clarify IS roadmap
  • Assist Senior Management prepare business cases for leadership team prioritization
  • Facilitate workshops to determine in-scope and out-of-scope use cases for each project
  • Plan project team meetings and track project progress
  • Write reports for all in progress projects for Senior Management
  • Plan with team leaders developers' time for each build (sprint)
  • Work closely with team leads to ensure all task (story) requirements are clear
  • Create bi-weekly builds combining strategic projects prioritized by leadership team with department's priorities


  • Proficiency in the use of computers for word processing, simple accounting, spreadsheets, email, internet
  • Solid understanding of the project management scope of work, including but not limited to: financial analysis, technical processes, stakeholder management
  • Understand ethical behavior and business practices, and ensure that own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization: teamwork, integrity, respect, dedication and fun
  • Strong communication skills: speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
  • Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization

Work Experience and Education Guidelines:

  • 3-5 years' work experience in Project Management, preferably in the Travel industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Information Systems
