  • Experience with project management tools. At Make we use tools such as Basecamp, Asana, Confluence, Harvest, InVision, DoneDone, Gather Content and Slack.

  • You keep a pulse on PM strategies and can challenge existing practices with innovative solutions.

  • Helpful but not required, experience with content managements systems such as Wordpress and Drupal as well as some understanding of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).

People Skills:

  • An ability to motivate, support and understand our teams. You can easily work with everyone at Make – from our strategists, to our creative team, to our developers.

  • Have a "thick skin" when the going gets tough. If and when conflicting demands emerge, you communicate diplomatically to reach a resolution.

  • You like / can tolerate dogs

  • Enjoy team retreats

Your Duties:

  • Report to the Director of Production through weekly reporting on project progress, resourcing, challenges and wins

  • Manage the execution of projects ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time and on budget.
