Role and responsibilities
Headspace Marketing is looking for a bilingual Project Manager for its Toronto office. The Project Manager will lead the development and implementation of various marketing-communication projects while building a relationship of trust and collaboration with clients. He or she will ensure seamless collaboration between the internal team, suppliers and clients. Responsibilities also include issuing estimates and developing timelines, monitoring and allocating creative and production resources, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.

Professional skills and requirements

• University degree in communications, marketing or related discipline
• Good knowledge of the advertising industry
• Bilingual (English and French) spoken and written (French mother tongue)
• Experience in a similar position in an agency
• Experience in print production, TV and radio
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Enthusiasm, self-reliance, teamwork, creativity and proactive approach
