  • Fulfill requests from team ensuring that all projects assigned are flawlessly executed to plan
  • Keep team updated on the status of account activities
  • Assist with project coordination, including opening/closing dockets, developing workback schedules
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with internal team
  • Participate in the planning and execution of all cross-functional marketing campaigns including the coordination with internal and external teams to support execution
  • Participate with other marketing and advertising projects when needed
  • Working with the Creative Services Manager, develop and manage the social media content calendar, working with internal partners to ensure that marketing and business strategies are communicated and met
  • Ensure a solid process for social media monitoring & listening
  • Handle all meeting details (ie. booking room, development and distribution of agendas, contact reports)
  • Produce and distribute necessary Client service materials (ie. status reports, contact reports, meeting agendas)
  • Maintains and executes regular monthly and ad hoc reporting from Google Analytics, etc.
  • Executes Social Media monitoring and monthly round up
  • Track, monitor, and report on the success/effectiveness, including ROI, of social media programs, campaigns, contests and other initiatives that are executed


  • 3 to 4 years experience in marketing or advertising agency
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities in fast moving environment
  • Attention to detail and strong coordination skills
  • Strong Client service orientation
  • Broad knowledge of marketing disciplines and social media
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Strong people skills and a team player
