Project Coordinator full-time

We’re a fast-growing digital consultancy looking for a coordinator to, well, coordinate what we’re up to.
Let us introduce ourselves: Junction works with organizations to help them build strong digital teams because we know that digitally-enabled brands deliver better value for their customers, their teams, and for their bottom lines.
Today more than ever, marketing leaders are faced with an overwhelming number of opportunities. Having a clear strategic direction and strong internal capacity allows them to make smart choices, execute sustainably, and adapt as changes arise.
That’s what we do: Empower organizations to build their capacity from the inside out.
Digital from the inside out is a proven method of developing empowered organizations that use digital strategies to build value for their guests, and their stakeholders. The result is strategies, training, and consulting projects that deliver results in the near-term and sustainable growth in the long-term.
Our clients include some of North America’s best known retail brands, some of Canada’s strongest tourism destinations, and a variety of other creative, ambitious teams.
Just recently we won the Marketing News Canada award for marketing leadership as a result of our support for Canada’s tourism industry through the pandemic, and best e-newsletter for The Brief, a digital business news email that we send out every week.
What we need is an organized problem solver who can execute the systems that we’ve created, and improve on them.

- You’re a natural organizer, bringing order and professionalism to everything that you do
- You’re a strong written communicator – you don’t need to write our blog posts, but you do need to be able to write an effective email

- You’re a naturally curious person who gets excited to learn about new businesses and meet new people

A bit more about the role:
We have a great open office in Railtown, and we’ve always believed that the office should be a resource not an obligation, so our space is open to use as best suits your working style.
We work primarily during office hours, but your schedule is yours to manage – we’re much more interested in the work that you output than the hours that you input.
We have an office dog (3-year-old hypo-allergenic Shih-Tzu). His name is Dillon.
Our work is flexible, and we do require some in-office time, so we’re not looking for a fully remote hire.
