About the Role
As our Performance Marketing Lead, you are the strategic architect of growth for our North American market. You will shape the company’s trajectory by aligning marketing strategy with business goals, integrating channel performance, and driving marketing excellence at scale. This role combines deep strategic insight with hands-on leadership, demanding both rigorous performance oversight and bold innovation to build a high-impact, data-driven marketing engine. What You’ll Do
Define and Execute Strategy: Own the performance marketing strategy across paid social, search, and programmatic channels to maximize return across the full funnel.
Lead and Mentor: Manage and develop a team of marketers, fostering a culture of ownership, clear thinking, and continuous professional growth.
Optimize Performance: Drive continuous improvement through structured testing while maintaining high standards for data quality and attribution.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with creative, brand, and product teams to ensure campaigns are perfectly aligned with our premium lifestyle brand.
Manage Partnerships: Lead relationships with media agencies and external vendors, holding them to clear performance standards and accountability.
What You’ll Bring
Proven Expertise: 4-6 years in performance marketing with significant ownership of paid channels in an e-commerce or DTC environment.
Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on expertise in Meta and Google Ads, with a strong command of analytics and attribution modeling. In this role, you will directly manage and optimize campaigns across these channels on a daily basis, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
Leadership Drive: Experience managing and scaling multi-million dollar paid media budget and a track record of mentoring others to achieve excellence.
Growth Mindset: A builder’s mentality—you are motivated by creating new systems rather than just maintaining existing ones.
Communication Skills: Fluency in English and the ability to communicate with directness, care, and strategic clarity.
