ACTIVE Network is seeking a highly motivated Online Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing programs for existing customers across North America. You will consult with customers, assess their current marketing efforts, and present ideas that help them grow their business by way of increasing online registrations and transactions.
-Assess customers’ current online marketing initiatives and recommend optimization strategies to increase their online registrations and program participation.
-Develop strategies and help clients execute marketing programs – including website optimization tactics, email campaigns, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns – to drive online registrations and participation.
-Develop and implement programs - including webinars, email campaigns, and customer newsletters - that build awareness and drive usage of ACTIVE’s online marketing service
-Manage customer newsletter program and the online marketing center website
-Write articles, white papers, blog posts, emails, and develop other content as needed to support the team’s objectives.
-Work with Email/Webinar, Creative, and Web teams to help execute campaigns defined by you
-Track program success and report on progress; analyze trends, identify barriers, and make recommendations to increase online conversion.
Education and Experience:
-A degree or a diploma in business administration, marketing or equivalent
-Minimum 2 years recent, related experience
-Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
