Accountable for the overall quality and content of all advertorial profiles on our site

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-Review, revise and report on any deficiencies (spelling/grammar/formatting) for all new customers prior to profile going live
-Review and edit areas where profile content can be enhanced
-Provide weekly agent reports showing areas that need improvement
-Review live verification calls to validate root cause of any errors
