Encaptis Business Solutions Inc. is a privately-owned company that is recognized as one of the fastest growing systems integration companies in Western Canada.  We provide businesses with end-to-end software solutions that streamline their operational and managerial processes.  Reporting to the Marketing Manager, we are currently seeking a creative, detail-oriented and energetic Marketing Specialist,North America to join our dynamic Corporate Services team.  Located in our Vancouver, BC office, this role will provide the opportunity to be involved in the design and implementation of North American-wide marketing campaigns.  This exciting role will provide the opportunity to be part of a growing, multi-disciplinary marketing team located throughout North America and gain significant hands on experience in all aspects of business to business (B2B) marketing and inbound lead generation.  The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of dedicated B2B marketing experience for small and medium businesses (SMB sector), preferably with exposure to the ERP industry.


  • Support the development and implementation of North American-wide demand generation programs to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects and further engage customers in the small to midsized business industry
  • Become an Inbound Marketing expert by using our industry leading marketing automation system to drive inbound leads
  • Develop powerful, engaging campaign content and blog articles to generate targeted inbound Web traffic and convert prospects into sales qualified leads
  • Assist with event planning, marketing presentations, and other general marketing duties
  • Work with creative teams and help manage partner / vendor relationships to ensure seamless implementation of new marketing initiatives, supporting project progress and measuring campaign ROI


  • 1-2 years of dedicated Marketing experience in a B2B environment (experience working in software/technology marketing or within a Value Added Reseller (VAR) environment is a strong asset)
  • Successful track record in the development of lead generation campaigns
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to develop targeted copy that is concise and persuasive for campaigns, web content and other marketing communications
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi demanding environment with cross-functional teams across differing geographies
  • Business Degree or Diploma in Marketing
