CORE FUNCTION:
Email Management – End to end accountability for email communications:
- Content planning/sourcing for newsletters and bulletins - Theme-based planning, sourcing content from thought leaders
- Gatekeeper for all email bookings and execution ensuring appropriate timing and volume of emails sent
- Creative briefing of designers and approval coordination
- Email coding and testing
- Email targeting, list creation/maintenance via Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Manual monthly CASL maintenance
- Ongoing maintenance of automated customer workflow emails
Advertising/Partner Administration:
- Content review and setup for email or ad serving system
- Obtain content approval from advertisers for emails
- Work with advertisers to understand and abide by brand standards and ad standards
- Update/create partner web pages as per established guidelines, obtain all approvals
- Provide reports for advertisers
- Ongoing maintenance of the media kit and development of tools for the advertising sales team
- Create standard ad report template and deliver regular internal advertising reporting
Marketing Reporting:
- Executes monthly marketing reporting
- Assess results and recommends changes to execution and/or strategy
- Create and distribute monthly marketing performance snapshot for Senior Leadership team
General Marketing Support:
- Work with external vendor to obtain French translations
- Support the execution of CPSA digital and live events, including collateral sourcing, shipping and other tasks as assigned
- Manage fulfillment of incentives for promotional offers
- Participate in Sales team campaign briefings and respond to sales inquiries
Social Media Management:
- Work with existing Social Media Coordinator (and/or Intern) to collaborate on the following:
- Execution of regular postings on LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook
- Timely response to any inquiries/comments
- Seek opportunities to share more compelling content
- Work with vendor (once selected) to approve content and direction
Campaign and Event communications support to Marketing Team and Leadership team, as required.
EMPLOYER SPECIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years’ experience as a Marketing Coordinator/Specialist with a focus on customer communications
- 1-2 years social media and event execution experience
- 1-2 years email project management experience
- Strong HTML skills
- Working knowledge of CRM, CMS and ESPs
- Collaborative and customer-centric self-starter
- Exceptional communicator; bilingual an asset
- Confident influencer, able to gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Keen attention to detail and committed to flawless execution
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities and deadlines
- Analytic prowess to demonstrate success and provide data-driven recommendations
- Creative – both in problem solving and new idea generation
