Empowering innovation -  IMAGINiT Technologies, a division of Rand Worldwide, advances the way architects and engineers use 3D technology to design, develop, and manage complex engineering projects. We are a leading provider of Autodesk design and engineering solutions to the building, architecture, civil and manufacturing industry.  IMAGINiT also implements, trains, and develops our own proprietary software to enhance the design process.  We are an Autodesk Platinum Partner and the largest Authorized Training Center (ATC) Partner in North America.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Program Specialist for a 14 month full-time assignment based in either Bedford, NH or Mississauga, ON who is looking to join a dynamic corporate team. Reporting to the Director of IMAGINiT Marketing, this individual will be accountable for developing and implementing marketing activities to drive awareness, demand and engagement for IMAGINiT’s support and online community portal, training and Autodesk subscription offerings.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute strategic marketing programs, driving demand creation and lead generation activity to develop qualified sales leads for all of IMAGINiT’s training and support options as well as Autodesk subscription renewals
  • Developing and preparing marketing communications and promotional material for clients and prospects, including email and direct mail, website copy, brochures, videos, advertising, social media content and collateral
  • Maintaining reports to analyze campaign metrics, including response rates, cost/lead, ROI, etc., and making recommendations to improve results and achieve lead generation goals
  • Facilitating and hosting regular webcasts for IMAGINiT customers and Autodesk subscription clients
  • Working with cross functional teams to enhance the IMAGINiT eStore and making it a destination for the seamless purchase of training, support and subscription renewals
  • Working with a 3rd party agency to manage IMAGINiT training and supporting PPC ads
  • Regularly reviewing Google Analytics and make recommendations for change when necessary
  • Promoting IMAGINiT training, support and subscription offerings on social media. Track and maintain reports on IMAGINiT’s social media analytics

Qualifications:

  • College degree or diploma preferably in marketing, communications or business
  • 3+ years marketing experience
  • Ability to write marketing communications, promotional copy
  • Experience with using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn for building and optimizing campaigns
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and departments
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Proven excellence in written & verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starting, energetic, fast learner and motivated individual who works well in a close-knit team environment
