Marketing Manager Full-Time

We are a mid-size and growing Deisgn Build construction & property maintenance firm based in Vancouver.  Our team of professionals provides reliable service and delivers exceptional results.  We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily marketing activities while implementing new strategic marketing plan that is focused on expanding current client base, improving the quality of leads generated and continually improving upon how we communicate our services to our clients.

This individual must be self-motivated, able to take initiative and work collaboratively with team members and external consultants.


  • Develop strategic marketing plan (budget & schedules)
  • Oversee marketing & sales campaigns
  • Manage web site development & content
  • Create weekly blogging and vlogging
  • Review monthly web analytics & SEO reporting
  • Coordinate & attend trade shows, networking events & photo shoots
  • Manage direct mail & e-blast campaigns
  • Explore new clients relationships and referrals (lead generation)
  • Seek out industry partnerships and cross promotional opportunities
  • Organize & represent company at trade shows, seminars and events
  • Monitor bid sites for new work opportunities
  • Coordinate and prepare award submissions

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • A degree in marketing or 3-5 years marketing experience
  • Strong command of social marketing (platforms, techniques and strategies)
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Knowledge of graphic design programs (i.e. Photoshop and inDesign)
  • Experience using contact management software (i.e. SalesForce) & blogging software (i.e. Wordpress)
  • Understanding of consturction industry an asset
