Job Description

  • Develop, implement and maintain the strategy and plans for online marketing
  • Grow and optimize online customer acquisition and the conversion funnel
  • Define, identify, and track customer segments and outreach strategy
  • Develop and implement acquisition messaging of our offering for each customer segment
  • Develop content/creative and conduct social media, blog, and other campaigns to drive lead-gen and conversions
  • Build landing pages and manage website content to ensure high conversions
  • Conduct ongoing SEO, testing and optimization efforts
  • Create and manage internal marketing metrics and reporting

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of marketing experience including content generation, social media, email marketing, and testing/measuring/optimizing
  • A working knowledge of website optimization, SEO, lead gen, A/B testing, and analytics
  • Experience with Google Analytics, CRM (i.e. Salesforce) and other related marketing automation software applications
  • Excellent number crunching ability in order to leverage data and manage campaign success
  • You are willing to be hands-on with HTML and CSS
  • Strong understanding of conversion tactics and how to layout/write winning content
  • You’ve lived the customer acquisition funnel, analyzing online marketing methods
  • You are a self-starter who loves to experiment and is comfortable making fast decisions with incomplete data
  • Excellent copywriting skills
